Does the agent work on its own?
Its autonomy depends on the process. We define what it can do, what it should suggest to you and what needs your approval.
Do I need to change my tools?
We start from your current tools and check what can be connected before building the workflow.
Security and data
Where does my agent run?
Your choice: on a cloud server, or on a mini PC installed at your company. With the mini PC, your agent, its memory and its files stay on your premises. Only the requests sent to the AI model go through its provider. We choose together based on your constraints.
Is my data safe?
The agent only has access to the tools and data it needs for its task. We define that access together, and before setup we tell you exactly where your data goes.
Can I revoke its access?
Yes, at any time. Its access goes through your own accounts: you can revoke it yourself from your tools.
How do I know what it did?
It reports on its work in your messaging app or by email, like in the morning brief. Sensitive actions wait for your approval before they happen.
Pricing
What does the package include?
Designing your agent, connecting it to your tools, configuring it and the first adjustments with your team. The exact scope is agreed together before the project starts.
How much does the AI model cost each month?
It is billed directly by its provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…), based on usage. The amount depends on the volume of tasks: we estimate it with you during the call.
What happens without maintenance?
Your agent keeps working as delivered. Maintenance adds tested updates, monitoring, adjustments and support: €200 incl. VAT per month with “Agent team”, €300 incl. VAT per month with “Custom”. It is not offered with “One agent”.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can start with one agent, then move up to an agent team: everything already in place is kept.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the task and the tools to connect. We give you a precise timeline at the end of the call.
